From the artist: This is my vision of the what is lurking in our unexplored Pyramid Lake depths. Legend has it, ill-formed water babies were cast into the lake by Piute tribe members. This one has a nail spiked coyote trap for a mouth, a pot stove for a body, an ax for a tail, and drum brakes for fins. I don't know how much of the legend is true, but I will never fish there at night.
